The guy who's supposed to be Zarqawi's 2nd in command / replacement in Iraq, Muhammad Khalaf Shakar aka Abu Talha, has been captured in Mosul.  Reports are saying that about 70% of Zarqawi's chain of command have been either captured or eliminated.  Seems like whatever's left of any concerted effort at an insurgency's going to boil down to random acts of violence and grumbling Sunnis who want more political power.
