Spain's the first one up to hold a referrendum about accepting the Constitution.* Let's reflect for a few minutes on the word "constitution" and what it means as a framework of society.
Enough reflecting? Ok. Here's my prediction: Less than 40% turnout.
Overheard: "They don't protect the worker's right to strike!" Good job, Spaniards.
* 3 others have approved it via their parliment, not a popular referrendum
